1. Offer applies to residents of the United Kingdom only, who are 18 years or over, except that employees and their families of Bel UK Limited, subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion are not permitted to participate.

4. Only 5 claims per postal address. Maximum one claim per Qualifying Product variant. This offer is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
5. Promotion Period: 00:01 BST on 15 May 2023 until 23:59 BST on 13 August 2023.
6. Claim Period: 00:01 BST on 15 May 2023 until 23:59 BST on 27 August 2023. All claims must be made and received by the Promoter within the Claim Period. Any claims received after the end of the Claim Period will not be processed and will be deemed invalid.
7. To participate:
   1. Purchase a Qualifying Product (see clause 8 below) during the Promotion Period;
   2. Before the end of the Claim Period, access nurishh-trymefree.com and upload a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase (see clause 9 for required content) and complete the claim form as indicated with your name, your email address, your postal address and your bank account details (sort code and account number) which must match the name given on the claim form.
8. Qualifying Products are any item from the following range whether or not they have a promotional sticker attached:
   1. Nurishh Camembert Flavour – 140G,
   2. Nurishh Gran Vegiano, 150G,
   3. Nurishh Garlic & Herbs Spread, 130G,
   4. Nurishh Cheddar Flavour Slices, 200G,
   5. Nurishh Greek Style Cubes, 150G, RRP.

The offer is valid on stickered Qualifying Products only. The offer is NOT running on Cheddar and Mozzarella Grated Blend (150G) or Mozzarella Style Block (200G)

9. Content of Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase or store receipt must be in .png, .jpeg, .bmp or .pdf format and a maximum file size of 10MB. Proofs of purchase will only be accepted if they contains the following details:

1. the Qualifying Product you purchased;
2. the price you paid for it;
3. the name and branch of retailer you bought it from; and
4. the date of the purchase within the Promotion Period.

You may redact any purchases except the Qualifying Product (but you must not alter the qualifying product, the prize, the branch, the date and time).

10. Any receipt which is altered or tampered beyond removal of unrelated purchases will be deemed invalid.
11. All claims must be made on the claim form at nurishh-trymefree.com and must be submitted before the end of the Claim Period.  Any claims submitted after this period are not valid and will not be processed.
12. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when submitting their claim.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects their claim.
13. This offer is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
14. Claim status notification:  Claimants will be notified via the email address provided if the claim is successful/unsuccessful within 14 days of claim submission.  The Promoter reserves the right to ask for additional identification of participant if the Promoter reasonably thinks a claimant is trying to claim more than the maximum five (5) refunds per postal address. A valid claim will entitle the claimant to a full refund of the price paid for the Qualifying Product purchased. All claimants submitting unsuccessful claims will be given the option to resubmit the claim (one time only) with correct details which must be submitted within a further 5 days from the date of the email stating the claim was not successful.
15. Refund timeframe: If a claimant’s claim is accepted the refund will be transferred within 28 days of confirmation of the successful claim and into the nominated bank account. 
16. Privacy: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.  At all times your personal data will be kept confidential and held in accordance with both current data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy, here. The privacy policy states that the Promoter may supply your personal data to its third-party agency, VCG The PromoRisk People Limited solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. Personal data will be stored for three months after the close of the promotion before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to beluk@groupe-bel.com.  By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
17. Only consumers purchasing as consumers may participate. No requests from groups, clubs, or organizations will be honoured. Only natural persons participating as consumers are able to claim and if the Promoter or its agent (VCG The Promo Risk People) suspect a participant is in breach of this term, the participant’s claims will be deemed invalid.
18. Any illegible, damaged, invalid, misdirected or incomplete claims will be deemed invalid and any claimant will have 1 opportunity to correct their claim details.
19. Proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
20. The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
21. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the promotion.
22. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, any affected claimants will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion.
23. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence on any invalid claim.
24. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to claimants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all applications and to refuse to award claims where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s requirements, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s claim requirements claimed using fraudulent means. 
26. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. 
27. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
28. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
29. Governing law: These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales with any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless the claimant lives in a different part of the United Kingdom in which case the claimant’s local courts will have jurisdiction.
